Introduction

Eduving Porras Molina is a Venezuelan graphic artist with an extensive international career, whose work has made a significant impact on the Fallas of Valencia, one of Spain's most emblematic cultural festivals. Between 2021 and 2025, Porras Molina was repeatedly selected to illustrate the covers of official llibrets (booklets) for several falla commissions, bringing his distinctive Eduvismo Art style to these institutional publications. His ability to merge contemporary graphic language with traditional symbols of the festival has earned him recognition from both the public and local cultural institutions.

III. Artistic Style and Cultural Relevance

Eduvismo Art is defined by geometric compositions, expressive lines, and a vibrant color palette. Drawing inspiration from cubism, pop art, and contemporary design, it conveys identity and dynamism. Within the context of Fallas, this style has proven particularly fitting—reinterpreting traditional symbols like falleras, monuments, fire, and heritage with a fresh and accessible visual language.

His covers do more than embellish the llibrets—they communicate each publication’s theme. His ability to distill cultural concepts into powerful images has been key to his cultural and institutional recognition.

IV. Editorial and Institutional Recognition
Each llibret featuring his illustrations includes notable mentions of the artist in its editorial prologue. These texts explicitly value his artistic vision and essential role in the visual narrative of the publications.

Furthermore, his ongoing collaboration with Samarucsg Soluciones Gráficas has supported the high production quality of his works, reinforcing a professional model of visual creation and cultural dissemination within the Fallas context.
V. Complementary Collaborations

In 2024, Eduving Porras also illustrated the cover of the llibret for the Comparsa Mora Califats Sarraïns de Torrent, celebrating the Alferecía Mora. This project, beyond the scope of the Fallas, extended his influence into other Valencian cultural festivities such as the Moros y Cristianos.
VI. Conclusion

Between 2021 and 2025, Eduving Porras Molina has firmly established himself as one of the most influential illustrators in Fallas graphic design. Through seven major collaborations, multiple official awards, and numerous editorial mentions, his work has elevated the visual and symbolic dimension of the Fallas.
